SprayPaint Booth Controller
This site showcases our advanced, bespoke designed controller for all Spray Paint and Baking oven Booths. The system comprises of a 7" colour touch screen user interface and a remote motherboard - usually positioned in a switchboard along with the fan control and heavy current wiring.
System Introduction
This bespoke Spray Paint and Bake Booth controller monitors and auto controls the booth pressure, air flow and booth temperature.
The controller is ideal for automotive, industrial, furniture and aeronautical painting and baking applications.
4 core Data cable used to connect the operator touch screen to the remote switch panel placed new the fan motors - saves power cable routing.

HMI based on colour touch screen with control and logging functions.
Motherboard
This remote motherboard links to the display unit using a highspeed CAN data communication. Using the remote motherboard all heavy current wiring can be kept to the fan motor area an only a light 4 wire cable is need be routed to the front of the booth.
Switch Board
The switchboard houses all the variable speed drives to the fan motors, contactors for lights and burners and temperature probe and booth pressure sensor.
Variable Speed Drives (VSD)
Our controller interfaces to Variable Speed Drives to control the Booth Fan Speeds to maintain optimum Booth Pressure and Airflow.
